Customer Relationship Manager & Outreach Specialist

I have a very large database of leads, prospects, and clients, and I have very little time to stay in touch with everyone. I'm looking for a very friendly, conversational person who enjoys writing and engaging people. I need someone to go through my database and reach out to customers and prospects to say hello, and continue the conversations I have started. You will be doing this work as ME, not as a sales rep. I will give you access to an email address to be sending emails through.

Ideally, the perfect candidate will work 3x days per week for 1-2 hours each day. I would give them access to my CRM and point them in the right direction on how to engage with my customers.

Must be familiar with CRMs (I use Cloze).
Must be fluent in English
Must have excellent writing skills
Must have good people skills
Must be good at researching clients and their business
