Virtual Assistant for Online Course Creators

We are a United States full-time traveling couple selling online courses. We teach women the skills they need to design and build websites to begin their own web design businesses. This year we are launching 3 new courses and because of that we need to hire a task-oriented individual to help take some things off our plates.

Hours are flexible but we do set deadlines for projects and because of that, you'll need to be able to complete certain tasks on time.

We are looking for an English speaking virtual assistant to help us with some repetitive tasks each month.

Your responsibilities could include:

• Creating Pinterest graphics using pre-created Canva templates
• Adding content and scheduling pre-written blog posts in WordPress
• Going through old blog posts and seeing which new blog posts can be linked to as related posts
• Adding Pinterest images to blog posts
• Accepting new members into the Facebook group
• Adding Facebook member email addresses to ActiveCampaign
• Scheduling blog posts in Facebook group and Facebook business page
• Adding course content to Teachable

Responsibilities will vary from month to month and because of this hours could be anywhere from 3 per month to 10 per month.

Experience in the following tools is preferred but not required:

• Teachable
• WordPress
• Divi theme and page builder
• Canva
• ActiveCampaign
• Facebook

Skills required:

• Excellent organizational and administration skills
• Strong written and verbal English
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proactive, enthusiastic self-starter
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Adaptable to change
