CS AND SALES ASSOCIATE

We're looking for a Customer Support & Sales Associate to communicate our services and assist customers in their needs through??Skype, and by Forums. Assist and response to concerns, questions, facilitate order placement, and customer service after service care

You will also be working to support and build trusted relationships with both new and existing customers.

REQUIREMENTS:
Attitude – Inquisitive, solution oriented, problem solver, Independent and self-reliant
Forum managing or forum sales experience is preferred
Has SALES experience is a MUST
With FB leads experience
Has experience using Webmaster Forum
Ability to wear many hats and juggle/prioritize multiple customer inquiries
Has experience using forums and bbs for marketing and communications
Strong customer service orientation and experience in a client-facing capacity
Understanding of basic Amazon account opening processes are ideal, but can be taught
No other technical knowledge is required
