E Commerce Ebay Store Manager

Hello, My name is Corey and I am the owner of KFI Group, an e-commerce company located in the United States. Specifically focused on the eBay selling platform by whole selling whole sale and dropshipping

With that said we are excited to announce our company is looking to expand! We are in need to hire a new full time 40 hour Manager. This manager will first start running the whole store while it grows and then moving on to the following time table below.
Timeline:
*****1 Week paid working trial: We want to make sure we have a great working relationship and you are able to meet the demand of the Ecommerce business. We are open and will help you along the way***

3 Months: Start and grow a new eBay store by yourself (Using our suppliers, Sourcing, listing, customer service, shipping,)

1) As the store grows you will be hiring the following roles.
o 2 Sourcing,
o 2 Listing, (One listing agent is you, the other will be an assistant manager working different hours)
o 1 Customer Service,
o 1 Reverse Wholesale product expert.

2) You will be taking one of the listing roles as your daily task while you oversee the others.
Salary:
• Starting Salary is a 200/month US or 10144.10 Philippine Peso. We will pay all salary and commission via PayPal.(Subject to change)

Commission:

• We will be offering right from the start a 10% commission for all items sold on our store. Example: I have stores that have other managers making an additional 25360.25 peso’s per month. (US 500 dollars) The sky is the limit.
• We will also be offering your team a commission once they are hired.


Benefits:
• Paid (Holiday) Leaves: After 6 Months, 1 Week of holiday pay. After 12 Months. Two Weeks. Longer vacation available as tenure continues.
• Sick Days: 3 Paid Sick days after 6 months of working.

Hours:
• Flexible. Must work your 40 hours a week and maintain the store at top customer service levels.
• Some weekends may be required.


Requirements:
• Some Experience using the manual sourcing and reverse sourcing method to find products from a retailer / wholesaler
• Ability to source a minimum of 10 products a day that meet the required metrics
• Must be able to read / Speak/ write / understand fluent English
• Ability to create spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
• **Plus**Experience with Ebay (Listing, fulfilling orders, tracking, messaging**
• ***Plus**Experience with SKU Grid, Sku Fetch, Zik Analytics
• Must have excellent communications skills and comfortable e-mailing suppliers. The candidate will reach suppliers as one of our employee
Technical Requirements
• Must have your own operating computer that is up to date with all software.
a. i5+ with 8GB+ Memory RAM
• Must have a good stable internet connection
a. At least 5+/1+MBPS (Download/Upload) internet speed
• SSD
• Windows 10 OS or Apple
• Must be familiar with What’s app and Zoom for meeting discussion.
