Sales Representative

We are looking for a full time person for the following:

Tasks
- Answer technical questions about our products from customers
- Handles incoming calls, Make outgoing calls (About 15-20 a day)
- Email customers to answer their questions
- Help customers find answers to their questions product questions

We don't micro manage or require milestone goals. We just need someone who can answer customer questions about our products and follow procedures in doing so.

Our employees stay with us for years as we offer a comfortable work environment.

Details
- 40 hours a week
- Work from 8:15AM to 5:00PM Eastern Standard Time
- Clear Fluent English on phone and email
- Have a good internet connection for our internet soft phone
- Microsoft Excel and Outlook 2010 or later installed
- At least 100 gigs of free space for downloaded quote files
