Bilingual Chinese Customer Service Representatives

We are a fast-growing company, based out of New York City, that provides telephone support for taxi passengers in New York City. This support includes creating transportation reservations and providing passengers with updates on vehicle locations. Our company has tripled in size over the last 6 months, and we are looking to hire bilingual Chinese telephone support representatives that will be able to work from their homes.

College degree is required. Candidates MUST BE FLUENT IN BOTH English and Chinese. (Knowledge of both dialects: Mandarin and Cantonese is a HUGE PLUS!)
