JOB OVERVIEW

Virtual Assistant Needed: EXCITING OPPORTUNITY FOR THE RIGHT PERSON! Work directly with Entrepreneurial business founders in the US.
Skills Needed:
- Fluent English (spoken & written)
- Your own computer with high-speed internet access
- Planning social media-marketing strategy
- Instagram and Facebook pixel understanding and management - Facebook Ads understanding and experience and management
- Create facebook and instagram posts ads
- Posting on Reddit, Subreddits and Pinterest , Facebook groups and YouTube ( hair, hair fashion, hair accessory, hair combs, .... )
- Understanding the concept of Creating, Auditing and Maintaining a Social Media presence
- Understanding conversions and look a like profiles for micro marketing
- UnderstandingFacebookAnalytics
- Posting directly to small stores, boutiques, hair salons, and other sties - I will supply the first set of lists, then you will be responsible to respond and find more sites similar to those for more posting.

Ideally someone not currently working another full-time job.
5 hours a day
5 days a week
25 hours per month
$200. per month with the potential to progress your career (with increased financials rewards, training, development and opportunities to run parts of the business in the future)

Salary: responsibilities will increase over time - along with more money.
Hours: May be required to support USA business hours for posting. 8 am - 10pm Central time US ( can use an online scheduler for our postings, but may need to post in realtime on others ). Other admin work can be done on Philippine time.

Tasks include:
• Social media support - lots of opportunity to add value and develop your skills further
• Research micro influencers
• For product endorsement -need to communicate with these people and companies
• Find Facebook and Instagram links to post our content, follow and respond to other posts
• Understanding and using Facebook Audience Insights
• Building contacts database
• Building and managing related databases
• Understanding the concept of Creating, Auditing and Maintaining a Social Media presence
• Contacting sites /companies with posts, video and sell sheets and responding to them within
1 day with responses (we will supply standard responses to start). READING AND USING THESE

This is an excellent chance to support an entrepreneur and develop with the business. You will be asked to undertake a variety of tasks potentially including all the above to support and grow the business.
Basic Requirements:
• At least 2 mbps stable internet connection • Working computer/ Laptop
• Minimal to no power outage in the area
• Valid NBI Clearance
• 2 valid government IDs Skills required:
• Excellent organizational and research skills • Strong written and verbal English
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proactive, enthusiastic self-starter
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• At least 40/WPM typing speed with 90%+ accuracy • Adaptable to change
