Real Estate Virtual Assistant *GREAT PAY*

North Carolina based real estate investment firm is currently seeking highly motivated individuals to generate seller leads in various markets within the United States.

Qualifications
-Must speak excellent English
-Motivated individual who enjoys connecting with people on the phone
-Must be able to work well in a team environment
-Able to work without distractions
-Must be able to speak well on the phone and build rapport with sellers and buyers -Ability to take constructive criticism
-Must have own smart phone and computer with Internet
-Must have patience, especially for rude callers
-Experience in customer service, lead generation, and cold calling is preferred
-Motivated to learn and take on more responsibility as our company grow!
** Please note: Real estate experience is a MUST**


Job Duties
-Answer incoming buyer and seller phone calls, entering lead details into our CRM, and follow up with qualified buyers and sellers.
-Accurately input information into databases
-Experience with Call Rail is helpful, but not necessary. We will train you!
-Skip trace property owners using REISkip
-Take notes on questions asked by callers so we can improve the scripts and forms
-Craigslist and Facebook Marketing
-Daily post to social media accounts
-Assemble/Fill out contracts, retrieve signatures, and upload executed documents
-Update internal spreadsheets in Google Drive
-Additional duties may also include executing social media marketing campaigns, email distributions, and mailers.
-Track critical dates of transactions

Training Information (2-4 weeks)
Training Pay
$2.50/Hour - 8 hours per Day
*Training timeframe is dependent upon how fast you catch on to our processes and systems*

Full Time Pay
$3.00/Hour - 8 hours per Day
$15.00 weekly bonus (clock-in on time and meet or exceed weekly KPI targets)
$50.00 per signed contract
$100.00 per closed transaction

SALARY IS PRODUCTION DRIVEN!

Work Hours
Monday through Friday with 1-hour lunch
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Eastern Standard Time
Every other Saturday
1:00 PM – 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time
