Recruiting Associate
We are looking for an Associate Recruiter to support our recruitment team with the full cycle recruitment process for our organization. The role will include supporting the Lead Recruiter from sourcing candidates through to client submission.
What you'll do...
Manage candidate workflow and assist with tracking candidates through our ATS (Bullhorn)
Post & manage all job postings on internal/external sites ensuring alignment
Review resumes for open positions
Source and recommend candidates to the lead recruiter based on role specifications
Assist with researching hard to fill roles
Create best in class recruitment process for all candidates as well as new hires
Collect candidate feedback from hiring teams and schedule debriefs to review feedback
Run reference checks, background/drug screens and new hire paperwork for all upcoming hires

Marketing through social media platforms & Background in digital marketing
Highly organized and self-motivated
