Singer / Songwriter / Musician / Music Producer

Hi, I am looking for one or two people to create primarily pop and hip-hop songs. The most important quality I am looking for is an amazing voice for singing uplifting pop songs that make people want to dance! This is a long-term full-time position if you can sing and create the beats. However, most likely I am going to end up hiring one person to create the beats (20hrs/week and another person to write and sing the vocals for the track. (20hours/week.)
