Web Developer & WordPress Expert

Paradigm Financial Group is seeking a part-time WordPress expert and web developer to join our in-house team. As a member of our team, you will work with our marketing and brand director via regular virtual meetings to create fully functional web pages, forms and interfaces on our existing WordPress site. Primarily using WordPress and Elementor, but also writing code as necessary, our developer will build viable web solutions to the business needs of our organization. The chosen applicant will be committed to delivering, testing, and trouble shooting, as well as integrating web functionality and branding with our Hubspot CRM. He/she will be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality and adhering to our brand guidelines.

Expectations:
• Expertise with WordPress, related plugins, their compatibility and functionality
• Proficiency with Elementor
• Integrate our site with our Hubspot CRM
• Focus on responsive adaptability and mobile views and functionality as well as desktop
• Work closely with the brand and creative director to create branded, templated content modules that can be used on multiple pages
• Maintain brand identity through cohesive, logical web development
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility
• Stay current with trends and developments in technology and integrate them into
our environment and practices.
• Provide ongoing website support
• Back-end and front end web development experience
• Experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript
• Experience with HubSpot
• Experience with SEO and Google Analytics
• Experience building E-commerce sites
• Experience with server administration
• Video and audio editing capabilities a plus
• App development a plus

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in computer science or related field
