JOB OVERVIEW

We are a Hispanic Advertising Agency and we are looking for an individual that Speaks perfect English that can manage multiple social accounts on different niches and be able to create content Marketing ( website and social media content) while also handling some of the basic day to day tasks. The applicant will need to be well-versed in video editing, Social media marketing, basic graphics, and content expert.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:


• Write copy for Website, Social Media, Blog Entries, Email Marketing and Marketing Materials for different niches
• Be able to handle many Social Media Monthly Content Calendars
• Build and grow brand conversations across various social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn other emerging platforms. •
• Be on the cutting edge on all social channels, leveraging first-mover advantage, and test new channels and strategies
• Measure and analyze social media activity, altering strategy and tactics as-needed based on data-driven insights
• Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, including but not limited to Marketing, CRM, and Creative, to meet overall business objectives.
• Provide direction, guidance and training for overseas social media marketing team in terms of cultural awareness, popular trends, tone of voice, design, etc.
• Strategize with internal teams and agency partners to develop, execute and sustain successful Marketing content campaign using different process like Sales funnels, Facebook campaigns, email sequence content, or email marketing to generate quality leads
• Manage our Blog (Basic WordPress Skills)
• Creating Banners/graphics infographics
• Editing and creating videos for social media and websites
• Creating content for Clickfunnels
• File Management (organizing files using Dropbox etc)
• Research on trending topics for blogposts, newsletters or others
• Transcription (transcribing voicemail, video or audio, podcasts etc.)
Recruitment (source for other team members like writers or graphic artist
• Work closely with cross-functional partners to develop and optimize social media, marketing and PR strategies with Influencers brand ambassadors and celebrity
• collaborators identify opportunities to partner with like-minded businesses to further team objectives and expand the brand awareness and customer engagement\
• Develop a deliver a consistent flow of content that is engaging, on-topic and in-line with brand guidelines.
. Be very creative on social media content . and developed strategies for content on different niches
• Determine metrics for ensuring the effectiveness of marketing content, and providing regular performance updates to stakeholders. Provide Content and Social Media growth and performance reporting.
• Set goals, summarize results and implement tracking solutions for both short term and long-term social media and content marketing strategies.
• Collaborate on paid acquisition campaigns and ensure content is optimized for SEO and user experience.

. Basic Qualifications
• 3+ years' associated experience (Social Media/Journalism/Community Management/ Marketing)
• 3+ years creating, setting, and executing content and social media strategy and able to provide writing samples and/or Social Media campaigns
. 3 + Creating Videos for social media and for website
• Include a link to samples of your work that show experiences developing content strategies and executing elements of those strategies. (workflows, content templates, style guides or standards you've defined. Please also include examples of hands-on work you've done writing or editing content for copy, user education, emails, or other product communications)


this individual need to be able to work from 8 am-1 pm Philippines time Tuesday - Saturday
