We are one of the biggest content websites geared towards the home barista, and we're planning for strong growth over the next 12 months as we evolve from a content site to a community driven brand. We aim to become the biggest (online) community of home barista's world wide.
SUMMARY:
We are looking to bring on a social media manager to our team. This will begin as a part time role for our main website ('Home Grounds') and will transition to a full time position after an initial 90 day period (possibly sooner, depending on the circumstances and how you perform)
The role will be 100% location independent, allowing you to live anywhere in the world! This is also a great opportunity for you to work with a fast growing media company and learn the in's and out's of the online business world along the
If you have previous experience in a social media management position, would like to learn to 'growth hack' Pinterest and Instagram, and are looking for a remote position which will allow you to learn and grow on the jobm, while working as part of an awesome team, this is your gig!

YOUR 3 MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS ROLE:
1) Increase traffic to our website through social media (mainly Pinterest and Instagram)
2) Increase relevant Pinterest and Instagram followers through community engagement.
3) Promote our newly published blog content through social media channels.

WHO SHOULD APPLY?
Must-have job requirements:
- 1+ years experience in a social media management role of some type.
- A soild understanding of Pinterest and Instagram as platforms. Ideally, you're a daily, personal user of each.
- Perfect English skills. You'll be writing social media descriptions yourself, therefore your English language skills must be 100%.
- A true coffee enthusiast - no, a love for Starbucks does not count.
- High levels of attention to detail. “How you do anything is how you do everything” - this is maxim we believe in. Reject
- Ability to perform well without detailed directions. You'll be given the outcomes and asked to design the vehicles for reaching
- No other employment contracts - this is not a 'side-hustle', you must be free to commit full time hours to this
Nice-to-have job requirements (not required; but welcome):
- An understanding of SEO KW concepts.
- Design skills using Canva and/or Photoshop.
- Automation wizard (eg Zapier)
