REI Blackbook Marketing Specialist

This is a real estate related position. We buy and sell primarily raw land in rural areas of the western USA.
You must have experience working with the online tool REI Blackbook CRM.
Duties:
-Creating ads in REIBB.
-Marketing properties on REIBB.
-Managing contacts, both buyers and sellers in REIBB and following up by replying to emails and returning phone calls to answer buyer and seller questions.
- Using google maps to create maps and directions to the properties and posting on the property advertising page on our web site.
-Blogging, posting to social media, online advertising, driving traffic and list building.
-Managing auto responders and newsletter
-Property due diligence using county web sites, google search, specific web sites.
-Creating SOP (Standard Operating Procedures), both video and text/screen shots for training purposes.
-Advertizing our properties on various sites.
- Run click to mail (C2M) program for our direct mail campaigns
-Editing and emailing contracts using template.
-Personal assistant activities: email management,
