SEO super star wanted

Hi guys, I am on the hunt of a superstar SEO expert able to provide high quality SEO services and to build successful SEO campaigns.

The right candidate must have at least 6 years of experience in the field and be able to create high quality backlinks manually and deliver both OnPage optimisation and OffPage strategies. Also experience in content creation and copywriting (English language) is a plus.
You will assess what a website needs to rank higher, propose the best strategy to increase its on line presence and identify the budget to achieve the goal.
