Real Estate Cold Caller

Looking for an experienced cold caller/telemarketer to call homeowners that would like to sell their homes. Ideal candidate would be compassionate, empathetic and be able to engage in a conversation on how our real estate company can ---------- ndidate will start off Part Time but we will be looking for full-time in the near ---------- ndidates will be offered Full Time employment based on a track record of delivering results.

Duties include but are not limited to:

* Calling Cold Leads AND Setting Appointments

* Following up with homeowners from previous calls

* Using CRM and other Computer Systems

Job Requirements:

* MUST have a reliable high speed internet connection; NO EXCEPTIONS PLEASE

* MUST have Strong Verbal and Written Skills

* Exceptional Telephone Skills

* Excellent Time Management Skills

* Should be Driven and a Quick Learner

* Part Time (2-5 hours a day); Full Time (8hrs/day or 40+ hours/week)
