Creative Writer

UK based company seeks an applicant for a copywriting and CMM role.

This is an part time/full time role that would suit a hard-working, highly skilled grammarian who has an ability to write to tight deadlines & manage their own time efficiently without letting the quality of their work suffer.


The core copywriter responsibilities are:
• Superb attention to detail & work ethic
• Ideally educated to degree level
• Demonstrable experience of writing for web (references required)
• Passionate advocate of accurate grammar usage
• Ability to write to deadlines
• Ability to independently research topics as required
Relevant additional skills:
• Practical knowledge of Twitter systems (such as Hootsuite, Soucialoomph...),
• Experience of writing for SEO and/or CMM
Perfect for a recent graduate determined to build a career in writing, this is an entry-level position with scope to learn in the company for the right person.

Content to be produced will be of a varied nature (Real Estate, Restaurant, Biking...) on behalf of our client base. We will provide training on various aspects of SEO and CMM, giving the successful applicant a strong grounding in an important marketplace.

You will be a highly motivated, professional wordsmith able to write & copy edit news and diverse content for the internet with a passion to develop your skills and expand your role in the future, remaining at the forefront of web content creation best practices.

Traditional content and proof reading skills are also expected, with a particular requirement to condense often technical copy to its essence for clarity.
