ppc/local SEO expert

I need someone that can evaluate and improve Google adwords campaigns...and use local seo and ppc to drive traffic to sites that generate "pay per call" revenue. I own about 30 local domains and am looking to add subdomains to the more profitable niches such as "roofer" "dentist" and so forth. You need to be able to work with wordpress and redign websites from html to wordpress..(I have the local themes)
