* For candidates without a law background, actual experience of at least 5 years in contract management and contract drafting is a must
* Must be willing to work in QC and amenable to nightshift schedule (business to support is in the US)
* Junior to senior level (base on the company's grid)
* Annual performance bonus up to 20% of total annual base
