Looking to hire a personal assistant to help handle the day to day operation in my business.

You will be responsible for a range of tasks involving working closely with the owner with the setup of the shopify store, customer service and order fulfillment. When you are not fulfilling orders and handling customer service, you will be finding and listing new products. Some of the tasks required will be as follows:

- Fulfilling orders
- Responding to customer inquiries/complaints
- Managing refunds and disputes

Other VA responsibilities will involve research work on Podcast interviews

- Collate background information on potential interviewees
- Assist the owner with podcast production as required

All training will be provided.

I am looking for staff on a full time basis as an ongoing job. With that being said some of the key requirements are:

1. Be extremely reliable
2. Have a great feedback history on onlinejobs
3. Be able to work my daytime hours here in Samoa which will be overnight in your country.
4. Be an excellent communicator with reliable internet access and a skype account.
