Social Media Outbound Engagement Specialist

Hello, I'm the owner of a creative agency in the Midwest and I need ongoing assistance with social media engagement for my clients at our agency. I'm currently preparing to onboard 3 new clients and I'm prepping to scale and grow my agency further in the next year. I have some amazing clients and I do need someone who can do outbound engagement on IG, with comments and likes on profiles. I'd like to have you set up on a proxy server so that the IP address is hidden.

I am a female entrepreneur who believes in building up everyone that I work with so I like to give direct feedback to help mentor you as well! And, I am happy to offer incentives in pay once the accounts show growth because if you can grow the accounts with authentic growth you deserve an increase!

I would like to start with a part-time role (60 hours a month), but if we can show success, I'd like to move full time as soon as possible with the right individual! I really want to create an ongoing relationship that is not only financially lucrative but fun for both of us!

Here's a list of the required skills and responsibilities:
-Strong attention to detail (this is very important as misspelled comments on social posts can make my clients look bad)
-Strong understanding of Facebook and Instagram and how to post/manage accounts and do outbound engagement on IG
- Understanding how to create meaningful engagement and interact with people the way anyone else on the app would. By following this type of Instagram engagement strategy, you'll begin to build authentic relationships with people, creating a loyal community instead of an audience.
-TRAINED or at least able to do weekly research on algorithm changes and can monitor what the algoritm is doing and report back to me so we can change up our strategy when necessary.
- Bonus: You can work closely with our team to curate various content to increase engagement as well.
