What you will be doing:
- Working from home in your own comfort
- Problem solving key issues for customers
- Answering calls, chats & emails tickets

Prerequisites:
- A quiet home based environment
- Phone, computer & reliable internet connection
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- A hunger to grow with us!

Required skills:
- Excellent phone manner
- Fluency or near-fluency in English
- Significant experience with inbound and/or outbound calling
- Significant understanding of G Suite products
