Let me walk you through to my skills and experience, specially on the world of BPO Industry. Let me start on the recent one.
I am currently working as a Customer Service Representative or a Sales Consultant handling Gencare and Employee Account Group on a US Telecom Company named Sprint Care Ignite for about 4 months (November 2019 till present). I am assign in Inbound Sales Representative which the one who's processing the new plan that the customer will be availing, processing the upgrades on their phones and some other basic trouble shooting with a defective phones or they encounter either data, incoming and outgoing calls and text messaging, assisting customers on their equipment, billing issue and as well as network coverage.
Aside of being a Sales Consultant on a US
base Telecom Company, I also worked on a Local Brand of Service provider here on the Philippines which is Bayan Telecommunication Company. I stayed there for about 3 years as Telemarketer, and that was way back June 2011 to April2013. We're the one who's calling existing customers and engaging them to upgrade their recent plan or bundled it with either DSL or phone line. We do
outbound calls to our customers both residential and corporate account, recognizing thier eligibility and years of service with the said service provider and discusing the advantage of bundling their account. Checking details on the documents that the customer provided is accurate or not. I also have an experience of CSR outbound in a local BPO company which is Custard Apple Outsourcing for 3 months from September to November 2019, handling outbound call from merchant to merchant, Were the one who verify if the account is on favor with the merchant or with the customer, verifying it through customers bank account, with sales code and merchant format ethiquettes.
I already encounter a lot of work loads which I greatly managed. I can assure you that I can do multi tasking, encoding or any data entry,
since I trained and experience in these field. But before I started working on this industry, I worked as event organizer in Government Sector at Department of Trade and Industry way back 2008, which I believe had a good starting of my carreer for being exposed on dealing with Small and Medium Enterprises Operator in the town. As well as working as a Certified Bookkeeper, way back 2015 to 2016 at Abc Bookeepping Services. Handling clients books of account, processing permits and paying clients tax revenue.
_I am an undergraduate of Bachelor of Science Information Technology for about 2 yrs way back 2007 to 2009 as I was working student by that time.
_ Has National Certificate III for Bookeeping and Services
