The Web Development role will assist in the creation, maintenance, and documentation of our web app and will assist individuals in their day to day process of using our apps and curriculum.

Ideal Candidate:

A hands-on professional with strong knowledge of user data & content platforms in developing webapps.

Responsibilities:

Participate in development life cycle activities like design, coding, testing, and release for both internal tools and customer-facing products.

Test and refine to ensure high performance, e.g. A/B testing, heat-mapping, and conversion tracking.

Stay up-to-date with new and emerging technologies and suggest/implement the use of such technologies to better solve problems and increase development quality and Upgrade to see actual infovelop comprehensive application testing procedures.

Plan and prototype new applications and design the architecture of the components of an application.

Update existing applications to meet the security and functionality standards as outlined in CX Labs website policies.

Implement testing tools that monitor the ongoing performance of the company website.

Test sites and applications in different browsers and environments to ensure functionality

Problem solve and fixing bugs in existing projects.

Assist in updating application development policies to ensure that all future applications meet the latest technical Upgrade to see actual infosign the architecture of the components of an application.

Build and test APIs for applications to exchange data.

Build and maintain databases.

Refactor and optimize existing code.

Document code so other developers can understand and contribute to it.

Take the lead on projects when requested/as needed.


Requirements:

4+ years’ experience in application development and Upgrade to see actual infoep expertise and hands-on experience with Web Technologies and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, React, JavaScript, APIs, etc.

Coding experience in one or more programming or scripting languages, such as PHP or Upgrade to see actual infondidate must have an understanding of UI/UX, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards.

Ability to create support documentation for all new applications

Ability to juggle several tasks simultaneously and regularly review priorities to ensure all projects are completed on time.

Strong collaborator with the ability to work within teams and cross-functionally.

Proven knowledge of the most current security and web development programming languages.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing start-up environment.
