Contact Form Submitter

I need a virtual assistant to perform Google searches and find businesses owners in various niches in different areas of the United States. I need this virtual assistant to check, using some easy-to-use software I have, whether that niche is particularly competitive or not. Then, I need that virtual assistant to contact that business owner, either through email or through the contact page on their website, and tell them about a potential business deal I am offering. I will provide a template for the message that my virtual assistant will send to these business owners. However, the virtual assistant will need to fill in the template with the business owners' name, the type of business being searched for, and the general location of the business. My virtual assistant will send out 500-1000 of these emails a week.
