Customer Service and Sales Support

Job Description:

1. Sales Support. Working with the sales team, conduct follow up calls to leads and prospects to ensure that they have the necessary product information, quotes, and support throughout the whole sales lifecycle. Pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Update CRM and other online databases with customer information and scheduled tasks.

2. Order ---------- eck orders to ensure 100?curacy and timeliness. Place Orders with factories and vendors. Pro-actively track orders and coordinate between sales, production, and clients.

3. Issue Resolution. Attend to, validate, record and address customer issues and complaints using the company's Case Resolution and Report System.

4. Customer Relationship ---------- ampion post-sale customer relations to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. This includes annual calls, asking for reviews and testimonials, referrals, or offering value-added services.

5. Accounts Receivables/Collections. Process Invoice, Receive Payments and ensure timely payment of all orders, Review and correct Invoices to ensure accurate billing of products and upgrades. (Quickbooks)

6. Weekly and Monthly Reports: Generate and analyze reports for sales management, production, and finance, with the goal of ensuring optimal team performance through consistent coaching and continuous process improvements.

Requirements:

1. Detail Oriented: Must have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
2. Organization Skills: Must be able to handle multiple tasks and stay organized.
3. Interpersonal Skills: Must be assertive yet amicable in handling clients and sales team.
4. Communication Skills: Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
5. Self-Motivated: Be highly motivated, organized, and adaptable.
6. Positive Attitude: Outgoing self-starter with a positive attitude who enjoys a small business environment.
7. Highly computer literate and able to learn new software.
8. College graduates with a degree in Business Administration OR a related field OR equivalent experience in customer-facing role.
9. Quiet and effective home-based office environment: Must have a reliable dedicated computer for work and a strong and reliable wired internet connection and back up in case of an outage.
10. SKILLS: Advanced Excel, Quickbooks, Online Savvy, Salesforce or Similar CRM software (Preferred but not required: Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator)
