Hi! My name is Jackson and I am a Chinese-American from New York City. I am currently looking for a part-time virtual assistant for both my personal life and help with the business I run. -Travel planning - researching, booking, and arranging hotels, flights, transportation, etc.
-General networking research and outreach- Using LinkedIn/Instagram/email to find and reach interesting people/organizations for coffee chats, speaking events, collaborations
-General personal research (Finding cheap rent in San Francisco, cute gift ideas for girlfriend, finding a venue/space for party/events, research for different real estate market, personal fashion research)
-Compiling and preparing reports/presentations
-Editing Podcast (not required)
-Outreach for photography work
-Calendar management (setting and managing Google calendar meetings)

Sales and Marketing Virtual Assistant for Huo Collective ( ---------- )
We are an Asian-American focused collaborative network, connecting brands and creatives in new and exciting ways. We strategize, develop, and execute nuanced influencer marketing strategies to help businesses scale and reach new markets. We offer full-service talent management in all categories including branded entertainment, consumer products, film and television, publishing, and live events and appearances.

-Data entry (Building out Google spreadsheet for influencer acquisition, brands/schools/organizations to partner with)
-Managing and updating customer relationship system (CRM)
-LinkedIn/Email outreach to potential clients (Sales Development role)
-Market research (TikTok influencer opportunities, Asian American celebrities, metrics that brands look at)
