Link Builders (Doing Links Exchanges)

Hi, I am looking for a prolific link builder to help build links to my websites:

The daily task is as follows:

a) Check top 20 sites for that keyword and see if they exchange links or whether they accept articles from other sites or whether they link out to other sites from within their content.

b) If they do, contact them and start negotiating. Suggest a link exchange or submitting an article with a link back or something else that might get a link to my websites.

c) The MOST IMPORTANT next step: Do a link analysis in Yahoo.com (by typing link: www.domain.com) and see where that site got their back links. (Of course, do that for all top 10 (20) sites in Google that show up for your keyword search)

You should be a very hardworking link builder. This is a full time home based position for 6 days a week. (Mon to Sat)

Please provide me with the following information when you submit your application:

a) Your expected salary in a month?
b) When can you start?
c) Have you conducted any links exchanges before?
d) Payment mode is by Paypal only. Sorry but i am not able to send payment through Xoom or any other services.
