JOB OVERVIEW

I am a solo Realtor with Keller Williams in, Mi. I'm growing and looking to bring on my first hire.

Our mission is to help as many families as we can with their Real Estate needs and provide the premier customer service experience for each home buyer that we work with.

Who I am looking for…
I need someone who is passionate helping people, is also trainable and coach-able and relishes the opportunity to build, implement, and manage multiple systems with minimal supervision.

Someone who is committed to completing tasks the right way with a high degree of quality, attention to detail, and consistent communication. I NEED you to be committed to supporting me in achieving greater success. A self-starter capable of seeing what needs to be done and doing it. As we grow you will grow as well.
This individual will eventually be responsible for hiring, training, and leading additional team members to ensure all administrative tasks continue to be completed to high standards with maximum efficiency.

What will you do?
I am needing someone to bring my online marketing to life. I do not currently have an online presence at all so I am open to guidance on what you feel is most effective.

I also need someone who is able to make outbound calls to prospective clients and receive inbound calls. There will also be a variety of other administrative tasks such property cmas, scheduling showings, responding to emails and other things from day to ---------- LLS WILL BE ROUTED TO YOUR PHONE. YOU MUST HAVE PHONE LINE TO RECEIVE PHONE CALLS DURING WORK HOURS.
• CONSISTENT LEAD FOLLOW UP, IMPLEMENT all lead generation tactics, and database management strategies and systems. “CRM; KWEeDGE"
• Create and maintain an operation manual that documents all our systems so that our success can be duplicated
• Be the first point of contact for inbound leads, customer inquiries and complaints
• Keep me informed regarding any problems or issues that need to be handled
• Schedule appointments " buyer’s consultations"
Essential duties and responsibilities
• NURTURE CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS
• Mailers - sports schedules, holiday cards, flyers
• Lead follow-up "phone calls, emails, text messages, voicemail's"
• Prospecting for new business " calling just listed/sold, for sale by owners,
• Hiring, firing, training, consulting, additional help
• Scheduling appointments "buyer’s consultations, property showings, inspections etc.
Knowledge/Skills
• Must be proficient with Microsoft "excel, word, power-point"
• Above average typing "WPM"
• Compliment my personality
• Very, Very detail-oriented
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities
• Bookkeeping skills
• Concerned about doing things professional and correct.
• Calm under pressure/natural problem solver
• DRIVEN BY SYSTEMS "create, develop, fine tune"

Management Responsibilities:
• Eventually you will hire, fire, and train all new team members. Hold everyone accountable.
Schedule:
Position is part time with much potential for growth.

shift will be worked during standard business hours Eastern Standard Michigan Time
Monday-Friday 10:00 A.M. - 2:00 P.M.

During the on boarding process "1st six months" 1 to 3 days a week we will do training in the Evening Michigan time between 9:00pm and 11:00pm and the remainder of your shift will be completed during the regular standard business hours.

As your daily activities start producing income and more closed transactions I will increase your pay.
