Virtual Assistant for Warm Real Estate Leads - ISA

Seeking an individual with clean English, and limited to no accent. You will be calling warm leads where individuals have inquired to purchase a home. Your help is needed to ask questions to ensure the individual meets the basic criteria.

Many of the calls will be follow ups to check in when appropriate.

Must be able to call U.S. related hours during the work week (i.e. 9AM to 5PM EST).

Requirements:
-Must have previous phone experience.
-Must be able to speak English cleanly and with little or no accent.
-Must be able to write and communicate professionally.
-Must be organized.
-Must have a reliable computer
-A quiet place to work such as an office or home office

Position will offer up to $4 / hr based on experience ($35,000 Pesos per month).
