Looking to hire a personal assistant to help handle the day to day operation in my Shopify business.

You will be responsible for a range of tasks involving customer service and order fulfilment. When you are not fulfilling orders and handling customer service, you will be finding and listing new products. Some of the tasks required will be as follows:

- Fulfilling orders (buying product from supplier, entering in tracking into Shopify etc)
- Responding to customer inquiries/complaints
- Managing refunds and disputes
We are looking to staff on a full time basis as an ongoing job.
With that being said some of the key requirements are:

1. Be extremely reliable
2. Have a great feedback history on onlinejobs
3. Some daytime United States hours needed,but we are flexible.
4. Be an excellent communicator with reliable internet access and a skype account.
5. Knowledge of shopify store or a fast learner with tech.
