What we are looking for:

A passionate VA who is hardworking, adaptable and reliable. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about wellness and beauty, a self starter, someone with excellent organizational skills and always thinking 5 steps ahead to help deliver great client relationships and efficiency. Must be proficient in social media marketing, creative, a quick learner, flexible, organized, and able to adapt.

*SEO experience is not required but is a plus

This is a PART TIME (15-20 hours weekly) position responsible for the following:

SOCIAL MEDIA
- Instagram engagement with other accounts (liking, commenting, following) to gain exposure and organic growth
- Responding to direct messages & sending personalized direct messages to people actually starting real conversations
- Finding photos to repost on social media
- Engaging in Facebook groups
- Hashtag research
- Support in creating and executing email campaign
- Grow our email subscriber list and send email campaigns

BLOG
- Uploading and scheduling and post blogs, this includes finding images for blog, updating the URL for blog posts and SEO / keywords for each post
- SEO work is a plus and if you have experience with minor website development (adding a popup to a website) this is also a plus

Requirements:

- Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Be great at prioritizing, time management and organization
- Flexible and willing to jump in and help us in other areas as needed
- Someone who flexible and problem solver
- Sees where things could be improved on
