Looking for Contact Centers

We are looking for an experienced call center with minimum 10 agents for our inbound debt collection campaign.

Qualifications:
>> Call Center agents should have experience of at least 2 years. No start up company
>> Call Center should have valid permit to operate in their area. And should have their own computer, fast and reliable internet with a back up and a headset.
>> Should be very fluent In English. Should have great communication and convincing skills.

Required Experience and Skills:

>> Agents should be fluent in English and should have ability to use smart tactics to convince customers ad debtors to pay their debt. We need to agents who knows "What to speak and how to speak at different time and situation".
>> Agents should be able to have short or long conversation independently out of script to convince customers. Agents should have sales and customer service skills to convince customers as this is a soft-core debt collection.
>>Agents should commit to work for at least a year to avoid retention and ---------- About Campaigns:
>> This is a USA Campaign, so working hours will be 9am to 5pm EST.
>> This campaign is running successfully since last 10 years and more to count. So, this is a long lasting campaign. so you don't have to worry about campaign getting shut down.
>> We know everything what is needed to make this campaign successful. So, we have a strategy already in place to make your agents better performers.
