Job Title: Assistant Project Manager, Full-Time
Hours: 40 hours per week, must be available daytime US hours
Reports to: Account Manager

The Role:
The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for supporting the Account Manager through day-to-day administrative tasks and project based digital launches. This person must have a strong command of the English language (both verbal and written), which is necessary for executing tasks that require a high level of detail and thoroughness.
You’ll be working with our team to bring projects from “just an idea” to running like a well oiled
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of team projects to ensure that deadlines are being met.
- Communicate project details to Account Manager on a daily basis.
- Execute daily tasks, as outlined by Account Manager (see list below).
- Keeping project management system up to date with project details.
- Proactively sharing feedback on ways to improve efficiency.
- Helping out in all areas… even if it’s not part of your main job.
Duties:
- Set-up accounts for new client projects (see systems listed below).
- Influencer Outreach Campaigns
- Social Media Content Management
- Blog Content Management
- Newsletter content management
- Set-up and troubleshoot website/email integration.
- ClickFunnel project build-Out
- Kajabi membership build-Out
- Manage graphic design (done by another team member).
