Our company is looking for a full time consultant to handle phone calls from US clients who are calling for more information. You will be calling them back at specific times. Also, there will be some service tasks mentioned below, with full training.
The working hours will be a night shift from 8pm to 5am, Monday through Friday.
Long term work is preferred.
This is home based, using your own computer, and a relatively consistent and fast internet connection for calling through Skype.
The pay is negotiable. The pay will be a monthly salary to start. In the future, will be a base salary plus a commission for every successful conversation and service task. Bonuses and increases are offered based on performance. The exact process to follow is provided.
US local business clients will call for more information and leave a voice mail. You will be checking the voice mails and returning phone calls, and calling back throughout the week at specific times that they request. There will always be voice mails to return.
To start, the most amount of phone calls will be 12 successful conversations per day, where the client has agreed to continue with the free service. There are 4-5 conversations total for each prospective client to become a paying client, over about a week's time, and the phone scripts will be provided. You'll need to learn the scripts to avoid reading to the client.
You'll need to build and maintain good relationships, send emails and provide service tasks of market research, article submissions and adding small changes to articles. All training will be provided.
Strong English speaking skills and competent writing skills required. Call center and customer service experience required.
