OVERVIEW:
The Content Creation and Social Media Management Specialist will administer the company’s social media marketing and advertising. He/She will play a lead role in developing and executing NUTHERA’s digital marketing communications and brand awareness. Work will include developing creative and strategic content, social media messaging, metric monitoring and post scheduling. You will be managing and analyzing the marketing metrics of the company. You will create and publish compelling relevant, original, high-quality content graphics and multimedia content for our social media accounts and advertising needs.

As NUTHERA®?’s Content Creation and Social Media Management Specialist is instrumental in managing the company’s content-related assets, He/She will be responsible for managing the brand image in a cohesive way by creating regularly published original text and video content, managing community posts, and responding to followers ensuring we achieve the company’s marketing and sales goals. He/She should be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies, social media and marketing trends - managing our social media presence effectively by ensuring consistently high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field
- With at least a minimum of 2 years experience in a relevant position
- Proficient in content marketing theory and application
- Hands-on experience in content management with the ability to create and deliver creative original content (text, image, and video)
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills
- Exceeds at building and maintaining sales relationships, online and off
- Immense familiarity with social media influencer marketing, blogging, and relevant social media platforms
- Equipped with an in-depth understanding of social media platforms: Facebook and Instagram Marketing and Analytics
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
- Has a working knowledge of the blogging ecosystem relevant to the company
- Familiarity with web design and development
- Demonstrates winning Social Customer Service techniques such as empathy, patience, advocacy, and conflict resolution
