Job Description
• Assist with all internal and external HR related matters.
• Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
• Recommend strategies for employee engagement and organizational development.
• Oversee recruitment activities and keep track of new hire requirements.
• Perform on-boarding requirements and employee database and company records as needed.
• Resolve human relations problems and promote employee health and well-being.
• Manage attendance and payroll.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice
Requirements
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a human resources role at a technology, software, or financial services company.
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
• Experience in upscaling/mass hiring and meeting high rate recruitment demands using organized and strategic processes
• Proficiency with applicant tracking software, Microsoft Office tools, Google tools and recruiting platforms
• Demonstrable experience with the job responsibilities.
• Handles confidential information and communications tactfully, attentive to details, will ask clarifying questions if needed.
