Podio Expert for CRM Management

Hi! I'm hiring for a real estate investor in Lincoln, NE, whose business is growing quickly and needs help managing his Podio CRM. I'd like to start off with part-time work and after one month of success, we can likely give you up to 80 hours of work a month, if you show great follow up and execution. I'm looking for an excellent communicator who is detail-oriented, has real estate experience and will do what they say they'll do. If you work hard, I promise you'll be rewarded.

When it comes to your real estate investment business, software like Podio (CRM) works well. Podio is very customizable and integrates well with other software which allows us to bring together different aspects of our business to accomplish one goal - Business Automation. For beginners, we need a VA who understands Podio and can help update:

Seller Leads
Appointments
Offers
Contracts (Subcontractor, Rental Agreements, etc)
Marketing Campaigns
Property Management
Contracts (Cash Buyers, Wholesalers, Contractors, Lenders)
