Need data taken from a 360 page pdf, some research done to it and enter it into a spreadsheet

I have a 360 page pdf with about 8,000 Section,Block&lot entries in it. I need someone to go to my county website, find the address and enter the name and address into a spread sheet. I have attached a ten minute screen-cast showing exactly what needs to be done. This could lead to more work in the future.
