Content Writer - Healthcare Niche (Full-Time)

We are looking for skilled writers with strong English grammar skills and a desire to write about health care topics. We focus primarily on templated content, but we have some content that will allow you to flex your creativity. Topics will include health care professions, licenses, safety issues, facilities, and health care in the news. You'll be writing a variety of how-to guides, definitional articles, reviews, and list posts.

As a content writer, you'll be responsible for:

- Writing 3-5 articles per week that range from 1,200 - 2,500 words (depending on topic and type of article).
- Thoroughly research the topics you'll be writing about and think of new content ideas that could work well with your content.
- Submit articles for editing (on a weekly basis) and new topic ideas for review.
- Ask questions! No one is expected to know everything and we believe in learning through questioning.
- Develop a knowledge of the U.S. health care industry so you can write about your topics with a high-level of understanding.

Qualifications:

- Top-notch English grammar skills
- Quality research skills
- Independent enough to spend long hours researching and writing
- Able to jump on video calls a few times per week
- Background in journalism, writing, or communications preferred
