YouTube Video Editor For Video Editing Service

We are hiring a video editor to join our productized video editing team. We are a new business, so initially this will be a freelance position. If you are the right person for the job and do great work then this could quickly turn into a full time position.

Job Outline:

We are a YouTube video editing service. You will be given video footage by our clients as well as guidelines on how their videos should look/feel etc. You will be expected to create a finished Youtube edit within 48 hours. You will edit, add transitions/effects, titles etc. The majority of videos will be YouTube tutorials.

Once the initial draft is finished it will be uploaded and sent to the client where they will give their feedback. You will continue to make edits until the client is happy. We offer unlimited edits with our service. Once final approval is given you will move on to the next video in your queue.

You will work with several clients at the same time, but you will always work with the same clients. This means you can "master" their style and work more efficiently. You will be in direct written contact with the client. This means you must have good written English skills and be a good communicator. All feedback will be given in written format. However internal team meetings will be held via video.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience as a professional video editor.
Work with Adobe Premiere Pro.
Have a high speed internet connection. Please use speedtest.net/ and send a screenshot of the results with your application. This is very important.
Must be able to deliver all initial video edits WITHIN 48 hours and any further revisions within 24 hours.
Must be able to send examples of previous work.
Good level of English required.
