Good Knowledge of SEO and fluent English. SMM skills are also appreciated.

We are looking for someone capable in the field of SEO, who acts on their own initiative. By own initiative we mean that, we are looking for an individual who is able to suggest new link building strategies and new SEO approaches. Furthermore, fluent English is a must.

We have screened a large number of candidates, so to successfully recruit only serious candidates, we have now introduced additional screening stages.

In the first stage, we ask candidates to write a minimum of 500 words answer to a set number of questions which we will provide.

In the second stage, we discuss with candidates their technical abilities in the SEO domain, and internet marketing in general.

After these two stages, we have 1 or 2 weeks paid trial period. Then, if the candidate is successful, we would be interested in trying to establish a long term business relationship as we have a progressive expansion plan.

With regards to payments, it is also progressive, which means that, if we notice that an employee is developing steadily, we will increase their salary accordingly. In addition to this, performance bonuses and periodic bonuses can be expected.
