Real Estate Data Mining

We have a several lists of properties that have sold for cash that we need someone to verify the correct tax billing address for the buyer. The purpose of scrubbing this data is to find real estate investors that are buying houses for cash so we want to exclude owner occupant buyers.These lists, which are in microsoft excel, will have many duplicate buyers that need to be removed. This research will require comparing the property data with the county tax records to make sure the tax billing address is correct.

We prefer to hire someone with experience in real estate tax record data mining. Please send your hourly pay requests with your application and be sure to include any relevant previous experience.
