Virtual Assistant For Ecommerce/ Dropshipping With Shopify

I am looking for a full time Virtual Assistant for my 2 Dropshipping stores that are hosted on Shopify.

Here is a list of all tasks that I need you to do:

1. Order Fulfillment Management: I am working with a supplier from China who can access & ship all of my orders. Once in a while, it needs to be checked that my supplier fulfills all orders within 24 hours and that he has enough stock to ship for me.

2. PayPal Account Management: I need someone who responds to all PayPal cases that are opened by my customers in my account. In most cases, sending a predefined message and uploading a tracking number is completely sufficient as an answer.

3. Customer Service: I need someone who responds to all emails of my customers.

4. Social Media Page Management: I need someone who responds to all direct messages from prospects or customers on Facebook and Instagram.

5. Facebook Ad Comment Management: I need someone who manages the comments below my Ads on Facebook and Instagram. Once in a while, people leave a negative comment about my product or such below my ads that should be removed.
