Product Owner - Home-based

The Product Owner will be responsible for gathering requirements, grooming and prioritizing the work being
done by cross-functional software development team/s. He/she should be able to communicate well with
stakeholders, identify user needs, and translate them for the development team. He/she will also be
responsible for accepting the work delivered by the team to ensure proper implementation of functionality that
adds real value to the product.


The Product Owner role is very important not just in delivering a product based on user needs, but a product that lives up to the company vision.

Key responsibilities:

-works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks

-responsible for gathering requirements from stakeholders and users and translating them into product features specifications to be used by cross-functional teams in subsequent design, development, and testing activities

-works with stakeholders and customers across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization

-develops, owns, and executes product road map

-translates product road map features into well-defined product requirements including features, users stories, and acceptance test criteria

-prioritizes and maintains the product backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders

-develops and maintains appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance to evaluate future investment



Qualification / Experience:


-At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

-At least 5 years experience in Product Management and/or Product development

-Established background in launching software or services in partnership with development teams

-Proficiency in prototyping, iterative development, and understanding of Agile principles

-Excellent verbal and written communication

-Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.

-Must be willing to work from 4PM to 12AM PH Time (9AM to 5PM UK Time).

-With access to a minimum of 5Mbps internet connection.
