· Must be aggressive, persuasive, resourceful and result-driven;

· With excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills

· Those with strong background and product knowledge on design application of HVAC equipment (i.e. Chillers, AHU, FCU, Compressors, etc.) have an edge;
