SEO Specialist With Online Experience (PT / FT or FL)

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior successful experience in ranking competitive keywords in Top 3 results on Google Search, producing lead generation through SEO implementation.
• Working knowledge of search engine optimization practices
• Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically , and identify and resolve problems independently without supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill are a must
• Familiarization Google analytics
• Ability to rank company in top 3 map pack of Google My Business for competitive keywords and "near me" search
• Experience with website optimization tools
• Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills
• Website speed optimization and content optimization
• Title tags, meta description, image optimization
• Location page building and URL structure
• Experience with Google Drive, docs, sheets ---------- O Tools:
Great understanding with SEO tools and software: Ahrefs, Moz, SemRush, SEO Profiler, heatma), Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, Majestic

Responsibilities:

• Competitor analysis and website audit for areas to be improved and optimized for reporting to create new SEO strategy
• Re-build ---------- to with SEO optimization including website site map, sub pages, and url structure focusing on individual keywords
• Preparing detailed SEO strategy reports, and uploading to cloud
• Identifying powerful keywords to drive the most valuable traffic
• Writing powerful calls-to-action to convert visitors
• Filling website and blogs with content effective keywords
• Create Google My Business weekly service postings, uploading and geo-tagging pictures
• Writing effective SEO content for web blog and Facebook page
• Developing link building strategies>
• Analyzing keywords and SEO techniques used by competitors
• Keeping updated on both white hat and black hat SEO strategies to avoid stay within search engine guidelines
• Compiling and presenting SEO guidelines
