Quickbooks Specialist with U.S. Accounting and Estimating Skills

I am in need of an analytical, detail-oriented, highly-organized master of multi-tasking bookkeeper with some U.S. accounting and General VA experience (preferably in Florida-based businesses) to help me with my 2 businesses working a 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.

One business is a kitchen cabinet store with 2 store locations. The other business is a short-term rental business with a few properties.

Critical Responsibilities:
• Create and amend invoices
• Generate accurate kitchen cabinet quotes (I will train you. Requires precise analytical and numerical skills)
• Apply term payments quickly and accurately
• Reconcile all accounts weekly
• Provide weekly summary reports on all financials
• Track all income and expenses on a per property basis, so that I can know which properties are most profitable
• Run payroll on a weekly basis
• Ensure all tax filing and payment obligations are met before their respective deadlines
• Eventually, integrate Quickbooks with our expansion into online sales and Amazon sales

• Commensurate with your experience, up to 18,000 PHP for 40 hours per week (8 hours per day) during Eastern Standard Time business hours.
• Understanding that your initial training will require a large time-investment on my part and that it will naturally take you some time to become more self-sufficient, compensation will begin weekly at approximately 75% of your regular salary with 5% increases each week provided you are demonstrating an excellent work ethic, maintaining an eager positive attitude and maintain excellent communications with me
• Must use Timeproof or equivalent to validate hours in order to get paid
