INTRO
Mabuhay! We are a quickly growing US Based company looking to hire an SEO Specialist with broad skills set who can help our 75 local SEO lead generation websites get to the next level and guarantee first page results for multiple local competitive industries.

QUICK BACKGROUND
We're a remote team and online ‘work from home’ company. Our online home lives at ---------- . We build referral websites/lead generation websites for real estate contractors. This means that US customers call our websites wanting quotes, and then our sales team of four people connects them with contractors who can give them a quote. The contractors pay us for the calls, that’s how we make money from these sites. We have tons of calls, and we just hired on our sales team and will be needing more calls soon. Make sense?


SEO SPECIALIST JOB DUTIES
- Perform SEO audit and fix errors
- Analyze, strategize and execute SEO plans
- Expand SEO planning and executable plans
- Process a complete grasp of current SEO methods and stay dedicated to changing trends
- Be able to report regularly to the CEO about targets and progress
- GMB tactics is a plus
- Understanding of Ahrefs is a plus
- Train and sometimes assist with another SEO specialist (Venus)
- Send End-of-day reports to leadership
- Advise the CEO and managers, hopefully, you will be the smartest on the team about SEO.

WAGE SALARY:
-12,000 - 16,000 PHP base salary
-500 to 5,000php Bonus opportunities based on performance of web traffic, live phone calls, -Bonuses for quickly helping the sales team fulfill phone call leads if they close a deal for one of our new websites.
-full-time ‘employee package’ after 3 months (wifi stipend, electronics upgrade, travel to team retreats, etc)
-other benefits, such as emergency loan options and more after 12 months
