T-Shirt Designer

Hello,

we are a German based, growing T-Shirt company named “Pubis”, and we are on the market since one ---------- the past we already worked with many designers on a low-level design quality but high quantity.

As business is increasing, we are seeking now for one new employee, with outstanding illustration skills and experience in creating T-Shirt designs, to join our young and creative team.

WHAT ARE WE SEARCHING FOR:

- Half-Day Job Employee (20 hours / week)
- a long business relationship with chance of full time (if your designs selling well ????)
- you have to do only 1-2 designs a day ( but on a good quality level )
- You do your own designs and you start them by sketch with a pen!
(Which means you can draw)
- Mastering Photoshop or Illustrator / or any other related software
- Knowledge in Trademark
- Experience in T-Shirt design
- Google Drive experience (for the workspace)
- Good English Communication

WHAT ARE WE OFFERING:

- Fixed Monthly Salary of $300 for about 1-2 designs per day which means you get approximately $7,50 per each design
- Long business relationship
- Easy communication via WhatsApp, FB Messenger, Google Drive, Skype

WE WANT TO TEST YOU (PAID TEST):

As we only want the best designers out there for our business - we will do a little paid test for this ---------- nd us with your reply some examples of your jobs or reference from the past. If we think this will fit with our requirements, we will invite you to the test.

If you are interested and understand our conditions, we will sent you 3 different ideas for t-shirt designs. You have to create those 3 ideas (yourself and unique) and send them back to us (deadline will be given).
We pay $15 (with PayPal) for the test and all 3 designs, $5 in advance and $10 after ---------- matter if we pick you as designer or not, you will get paid if the quality of your outcoming is same level like your reference.

AGAIN, we don’t search for low quality or high quantity designer. We are looking for experienced good T-Shirt designer and high quality.

The best designer that are entering this job test are going to win the job and will be working with us!
